Bartonville is a small but scenic town located just eight miles south of Denton. Originally part of the Chinn’s Chapel Settlement that has since incorporated as of 1973, it still continues to grow and is now adjacent to the master-planned community of Lantana.
The town of Copper Canyon is another wonderful place to live south of Denton that offers attractive amenities such as large and spacious lots, quiet neighborhoods, and a short drive to many shopping, entertainment and dining options.
Both of these charming towns are within the Denton ISD and pair a cozy, rural feel with the convenience of city life.
