David Vanderlaan is a native Texan, born in the wide-open spaces of the Panhandle in Amarillo. In 1971, he made the move to Denton where he completed a BA at North Texas State University before going on to finish a Master’s in Business. David started his Real Estate career in 1978, and with over 37 years of experience in various Real Estate endeavors, David has participated in over 1600 transactions. Recently, he teamed up with fellow Denton Real Estate agent, Allyson Coe, to become a member of the elite Keller Williams Farm and Ranch Division. David is known for his effective communication skills working with both Buyers and Sellers. His strengths in negotiating are what help drive him to seek out the best possible solution for all parties involved in the deals he works with alongside his wife, Debbie.
Debbie Vanderlaan is a fifth generation resident of Denton County, and what you might call a “Jane of all Trades.” She is actively involved in multiple organizations around Denton, whether it be a contributing member of the First United Methodist Church, supporting the UNT Mean Green Club where she’s been a season ticket holder for several years, or participating in the Ladies’ Golf association at local Denton Country Club. Debbie has also been a dynamic member of the Denton Benefit League for 22 years, holding such board positions as Recording Secretary, Ball Chairman, Vice President and President. She has 38 years under her belt in the Real Estate business and maintainsa membership with both the Greater Denton/Wise County Board of Realtors and the Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys gardening, pilates and spending time with her husband David, and son Travis.
Ed Coe is a native Texan who grew up in Highland Park, Dallas before moving to Lubbock where he graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Agricultural Economics. Since moving to Argyle in 1976, he hasbought and sold numerous properties over the past 40 years in the Denton County area while serving as a Firefighter for the City of Dallas and operating a successful Quarter Horse Business. Now retired from the Fire Department, he uses his experience and distinct knowledge of the Real Estate market to help assist Buyers in their purchases whether it be residential, farm and ranch, or commercial.
Allyson Coe is a native Texan, with roots in Denton for over 50 years. She has been in the Real Estate industry for 32 years, committed to the satisfaction of her client base in her continued effort to meet the needs of Buyers and Sellers alike. She works with each individual following her self-affirmed mantra, “professional service with a personal touch.”She is a former President of the Greater Denton/Wise Country Association of Realtors and remains active in the National Association of Realtors where she attends conventions and makes annual Hill visits to lobby our Senators and Congressmen alike. In an ever-changing Real Estate market, Allyson has maintained a proven record of success through her strong intrapersonal skills and dedication to her client’s happiness. As a homeowner, she understands that Real Estate ownership is not only one of the more important decisions you can make on a personal level, but also a sound financial venture as well. Outside of her career, she is a member of the Denton Country Club Women’s Tennis Team, and enjoys spending time with her daughter andEd, her husband of 35 years.
